Yesterday I discovered a butterfly sitting on the grass in my back yard. I sat out in the sunshine and did absolutely nothing - no book, no computer and not even a cup of tea or food to give me something to do. Had I been distracted by these things, I would not have seen the butterfly who was just sitting and occasionally flapping his wings.
